Our Founder
Sharon Fallier Richards
Sharon created Fallier Food in New York City more than 25 years ago, bringing a background in architecture and interior design into an unprecedented range of culinary menus, trendsetting corporate food design, and surprising birthday and wedding presentations.
She built the company on a simple belief: catering shouldn't just feed a room, it should design it. Every menu, every table, every prop is chosen with the same intention an architect brings to a building.

Yvonne Foley teamed up with Sharon a few years after Fallier Food began, and together they redefined the New York City and New Jersey party with amazing talent, energy, and pizzazz.
From international themed corporate cocktail parties to English teas, Tribeca sweet sixteens, and one-of-a-kind wedding receptions, Sharon and Yvonne built a new genre of catering — one that treats entertaining, cooking, and event service as a single craft.

My passion for unique event decor lives in two expansive studio storage spaces, brimming with one-of-a-kind display pieces you're unlikely to find anywhere else.
Over nearly four decades, Sharon has amassed a remarkable collection of unique linens, table runners, serving platters, dinnerware, vases, candle holders, stemware, lighting, and an array of thematic props — from Halloween to Art Deco.
Everything is meticulously organized and color-coded across numerous shelves, so inspiration is drawn instantly from each event's palette. A vast collection of silk flowers, also organized by color, fills in when fresh blooms aren't essential — most of it found at no other catering company.
